- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Perfumes that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be refunded for safety and hygiene reasons.

- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
